We will help educate, motivate and support our clients with a positive attitude in a relaxed atmosphere throughout the entire program. We will help our clients plan and obtain measurable, realistic goals and optimize their chance for a successful and fun experience.

 

           WEIGHT LOSS, TONING

 

It is simple, burn more energy than you take in in a given period of time and you will lose weight. The side effects of hard training is the toning of muscles. There are no short cuts. Hard work and consistency is the key to success in any weight loss program. We must focus on training smarter and using our time more efficiently to attain the goals we set for ourselves. 

           CORE STRENGTH

Daily tasks—such as maintaining balance on an icy sidewalk, carrying groceries, hoisting children and walking up a steep flight of stairs—are easier and less likely to result in an injury when you core is strong. There are so many more benefits that come from improving core strength than how your midsection looks, including improved posture, better balance, reduced back pain and easier breathing.

           SMALL GROUP TRAINING

 

A Small group training plan is by far one of the best fitness programs whether you're trying to lose weight, get in good shape, maintain your figure or achieve another goal. One of the keys to any exercise plan is consistency, however the challenges of exercising can be daunting for many people, and it's not uncommon for people to give up after only a short period of time. The group environment is a strong tribe that helps hold you accountable.

 

           POLE FITNESS CLASSES

New to the fitness scene in the last few years, especially in the Deland area, pole fitness classes are a fun and creative experience in strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. Many women have experienced empowerment though practicing the art of pole. It can provide emotional benefits like an increased feeling of self-confidence and provide an allover feeling of well-being. It can make you feel stronger, taller and confident.
