Testimonials

For a few years and especially the past year and a half, I have been struggling with getting my body toned and not having the strength and flexibility that I desired. I have been a member of a Gym for several years but I was not getting the results I wanted- especially trying to do it on my own. I shared this frustration with a friend. They suggested that I hire a personal trainer and recommended thast I check out Tadd's Transformations. I must admit that I had my reservations of a personal trainer because of what I observed at the gym - basically one fitness program fits all.

I decised to checkout Tadd's Transformation Studio. What did I have to lose? Nothing. What did I have to gain - RESULTS! So I called and made my appointment with Tadd Bass because my HOPE was to get the results I really wanted. After our first appointment, Tadd sent me home with some questions I was to bring the answers to out first session.  The hardest questions I had to answer were: What are your goals and what time frame do I want to reach those goals? Of course I wanted instant results in the shortest amount of time. Who doesn't? But being realistic, I knew how much I was out-of-shape and that it was going to take some time not only physicallt but juggling everything I had going on in my life (stressful job, homer, life's responsibilities) and then the time and effort it would take for to commit to another activity. I had to ask myself, do I really want this bad enough to stay committed and do my part? Honestly, I had to think about it because I kmew I would have to get up by 4:15 a.m. meet Tadd at 5:45, do my workout, then get ready and be at work by 8 a.m. The thought of such a long day makes you really think about taking on anohter task in your life. But I knew I had to do it in the mornings because I knew my evenings were just to busy. Early mornings were going to workout well and not be a deal breaker because Tadd and I both were morning people anyway.

I shared my goals and time frames with Tadd and he concurred that they were achievable. So the workout journey began. I believe some of the most important things about goals setting are: (1) you have to be commited, (2) goals must be realistically obtainable, (3) time frames must be doable, (4) be flexible and adjust your workout schedule so you can stay on TASK, (5) remember it is OK to re-evaluate and change your goals and time frames, (6) accept time changes to your goals and time frames as a possitive effect that will bring you successful results and not to interpret the change as a setback or a failure in anyway, and (7) remember you must do your part during and after the workout session.

Having Tadd Bass as my personal trainer has been the BEST INVESTMENT I have made for myself as well as having my prayers answered to get the right person to help me get back into good physical condition. It is crucial and important that you learn how to properly workout so you don't injure your body. Your trainer mast have the knowledge and skills to teach you these techniques, to know what you are capable of doing, to know your limitations, to recognize and change your workout program as needed, and create a communication diailogue between each other. I personally believe Tadd possess all of these qualities and is dedicated to helping individuals reach their GOALS and obtasin a healthier life.

I have reached my first set of goals. Tadd and I are headed to achieving the next set of goals. I also got a bonus, a new level of confidence.  May you take the challenge of investing in yourself!
